As Jesuit School

Jesuit education is a storied tradition, dating back to 1548 when the first Jesuit high school was established in Messina, Italy. This tradition of excellence has endured and continues to evolve today. Among the seven Jesuit high schools in Indonesia is SMP Kolese Kanisius – SMA Kolese Kanisius, an all-boys school. Founded in 1927, Kolese Kanisius is the oldest Catholic – Jesuit high school in Indonesia, and it remains dedicated to the holistic development of its students, guiding them to become men of character. Jesuit education has left an indelible mark on the world, with hundreds of such schools in operation across the globe.
